Anyone have experience with these symptoms?

My diabetic kitty is acting really lethargic yesterday and today. He's barely moved a couple feet. He's also developed a really stuffy nose even though he's on amoxicillin. He's eating and if I call his name his head lifts right up like yes mom what's up. His eyes are clear and alert. He also wont let me touch his belly today. But he actually showed some real feistiness when I tried to touch his belly which he hasn't shown in a several days. He's eating his wet food when I give it to him. So there are some things that show improvement while other things that worry me. Anyone experienced this at all?

I would suggest checking for Ketones as Jenn & Baxter noted.

Can you check his blood sugar now and see what it is. Why is he on an antibiotic? Some ABs can cause belly aches so I wonder if that's playing a role in this. How's his appetite, he's eating but eating normal amounts?

It's currently at 421 but he just got his insulin shot an hour and a half ago. He's eating a normal amount. I gave him a 1/3 can of wet food and he ate it. And he's not a cat who likes to be hungry. He had an upper respiratory when I initially took him to the vet. He's on amoxicillin currently.

No just his usual chub. We are the vet now. And are for sure getting off the humulin
