Anybody tried Fresh Pet Select Cat Food?

I just saw an ad on TV for this and went to their web site http://www.freshpetselect.com/products/cat-food.htm . Just wandering if anyone has tried it and if it would be a good food to feed your cat. I found two stores within 10 miles of me that have it. I think I may try it and see if Frisky will eat it. I would like your opion.

I haven't tried it, but I did look at some of the ingredients, it contains, at least at in the one I looked at, Carrageenan, which is a sugar derived from sea weed, also carrots with contain a lot of natural sugars.
