Any trusted pet sitters, vet techs in the Toronto/Vaughan/York (ON, Canada)area? Anybody ?

Hello everybody, I have a question about vacation.....does anybody know/recommend trusted vet-techs, pet sitters, pet boarding places able to deal (trained) with diabetic cats for few weeks? Any idea how much will cost something like that ?
We live in Vaughan, ON, Canada - right above Toronto.

I don't know of anyone in the Toronto area. I actually was able to find a vet tech that would do it. $25 a visit that included test and injection with feeding and doing the litter boxes twice a day.

I share my spreadsheet with her and she was willing to update it as she went - allowed me to know how things were going.

Does your vet have anyone that they could recommend?
 
Thank you, I will talk to my vet but I consider the recommendations from here strong enough to give them credit. Doesn't hurt asking.
 
Sébastien posted an add on a local pet sitting board in Montreal and ended up with a couple of teenage girls that helped. They came over initially with a parent and practiced doing testing and shots.

As I remember it was mostly for dog walking, but both girls ended up doing a fantastic job.

The one when we were gone for three weeks created her own sheet, calander, with notes and all.

They also charged A LOT less than the "professionals". It was $200 Canadian for 3 weeks.

Something to look in to.

She texted him at each shot time and went by the guidelines written for her.
