Hello, all. My cat got an antibiotic injection today as he came down with the flu (Coryza it’s called here) and tomorrow morning he’s getting vaccinated. Is it safe to give him his evening insulin? TIA

The antibiotic should have no effect on him getting his insulin. BUT, it it were me, I would NOT vaccinate while your kitty is sick. I would reschedule until he is healthy.
ETA: Are you testing prior to giving insulin? Your SS is missing days of data. If not, please please always test prior to giving insulin to make sure it is safe to shoot and get at least one test in during the cycle, especially at the PM Cycle when a lot of kitties go lower.
