Sky is due her injection in an hour or so.
Since she had her yearly vaccinations her BG has rocketed so after a few days of keeping her on a 0.75 dose and it not helping to bring her back to her "normal" range I increased her dose to 1 unit. As you can see from her sheet she dropped a lot during the day yesterday so she had a 0.75 last night. This morning she was back up again so had another 1 unit.
Tonight she has gone very low - usually at that level I wouldn't dose her but I'm not sure that that is correct. Should I give her a teeny tiny dose to try and tide her over with the hope she won't drop too much and it will give her a slight boost so she isn't too high tomorrow? I am around tonight to keep an eye on her but I'm concerned it will be too much for her even at the smallest dose I can do.
