In Simke's post a couple of you mentioned some Friskies pates for low carb. Jynx loves the FF Chicken classic but I also am trying to vary his food. The food list that is referred to in several other posts, only list Friskies Special Diet (which I am having a hard time finding). Are there other Friskies options, if so, what? Thanks!!

most it appears are between 6-10 carbs - which may be higher than what you want and most are fish flavors. the special diets are lower carb - 4-6 carbs.
look at the chart for other brands/options to try - you may find something they like even better.

Probably not super helpful to you but... I have a lot of cats, and ... every single one of them refused the regular friskie's (*tho they DID eat the gravy from it)(several flavors worth), several of them tried (and a couple succeeded... with my socks :roll: to bury it... but, here's the kicker... having gone thru many varieties of many brands (the cheaper ones, I have too many mouths for the good stuff) so far... it seems as though the food my cats are all going to settle for is the friskie's special diet (I sure wish there were more flavors of it though). Not saying don't try the regular, your cat may love it, but ..mine sure don't!
As for availability, perhaps purchasing online would be a better choice? petfooddirect.com has some pretty good prices and free shipping on $49 or more (up to 60lbs) Probably many other online retailers have good shipping deals as well.
