An all in one meter?

Is there a BG meter that has a lance built in. The lance would be attached or part of the strip so you poke and hold for a second. No fumbling with the meter as the cat flicks the blood off it's ear.

I haven't seen one. Since the lancet is disposable, I suspect not.

Plus there might be an increased potential for sticking yourself unintentionally.
