AMS 1.10 hr late Lantus shot, OK @ PMS 30 min early?

Nelli got an unplanned reduction, my shooting 1.1 hr late this morning-
Should I stay at 12/12 for a cycle or two- or it it ok to shoot tonight @+11.5?

If she's high enough at +11.5 and you're able to test tonight I think you could go ahead
