Amoxicillin not working?

My civvie Mouse has been on amoxicillin for 1 week now for a uti. It took about 5 days and she started eating well and was back to her usual self. Today she won't eat, is hiding and seems cold. Could the med not be working? Of course the vet is closed....what can I do for her?
 
Did the vet get a sterile urine sample and run a culture and sensitivity (C & S)? It's the only way to know if the amoxicillin will target the bacteria.

If you're worried, I would take Mouse to the emergency vet.

She did...Could it upset her stomach? Everything I've read says no, but she didn't approve of her breakfast today, so she got her pill on an empty stomach. That's the only difference today.
