She is eating alot Which she does when she drops fast We are exhausted and her ear is soo sore

Keep in mind that acro kitties don't always follow the rules. If the tumor is revving down, you may need to decrease faster or by a larger amount.

Thanks I think she reinjured it chasing her tail on the side of the tub

Between 5 and 10 units total dose, we make changes by 0.5 units at a time unless we are just tweaking a dose. And sometimes acros need to go down a little faster if the tumour is slowing down. I think I'd try 7.5 units next. Even though it's close to the previous reduction, she got to lime green in spite of that skip. Good luck with the reduction.
