She's coming down so that's good. Looking like a docrease may be needed.

When you put the ? mark up it's best to "ask a question" in your thread so we can try to help. She got to 71 with the AT meter on this dose which doesn't leave much room for an increase. However today is the 6th cycle so hopefully she'll make it back down to low blue/green today or tonight. If not, you may need to increase to 7.5 tomorrow. See how the day/night plays out.
