Hi Amethyst is much better!! Thank you God and everyone here I am not tho, JoyBee recommended a supplement for me It just came from Amazon yesterday,I will be taking it 3X a day. I am also an Animal Reiki Practitioner and Reiki Master, so I have been giving all us Energy Treatments to help the healing process Thank you for asking
