I think the reduction is a good idea. Since she got to lime green again last night, I think it was the dose she was on and not the depot from the previous dose. I hope she surfs safely today.
 
Here is the link to yesterday's post. Those links back really do help me look into the history and what's been happening the last couple of days with Amethyst. All good information when looking at what to suggest.

As for dose, the larger depot can influence 4-6 cycles after a reduction. Generally the larger the dose, the longer the depot has influence. The 8 unit depot could still have been impacting yesterday's numbers. You have taken the reduction which is fine, but be prepared you may have to go back up. An alternative technique for larger doses is to take a one time BCS or reduced dose after a reduction is earned, to help drain the depot faster. You shoot a BCS of something like 1/2 or 2/3 of the dose.
