Amethyst 05/31/2018 PMPS 199 DOSCREASE

I think Amethyst needs an increase. Barely seeing blue and not a green in sight. Doses that are not seeing nadirs below 200 should be increased after 6 cycles.

Hi Thanks Wendy I already increased her twice because of the Pred Her last day on the Pred will be tomorrow and she is blue today for the first time since starting the Pred
 
Yes, you should have increased her even more because of the pred. Glucose toxicity can set in if she's too long at these higher numbers, plus they just aren't good for her kidneys. Amethyst will let you know if the dose needs to go down when the pred is removed.
