Alternate wet food for diabetic cat with pancreatitis

My 16-year-old diabetic cat has long-standing pancreatitis. He is on Fancy Feast Classics which normally he does well on. However, he hasn't had a good week.
Julia and Bandit noted in my previous posted topic on lantus dosing that Fancy Feast is fine if Dusty does well on it, but there are some lower fat, lower carb foods I can try. Can someone give me some suggestions?

I would have typed Julia and Bandit in the Subject to catch her attention but wasn't sure it was allowed here. Is it okay to do so?
