So I'm concerned that where I'm giving snowflake her shot may be contributing to the ineffectiveness of her insulin. Where else, other than the scruff, do you shoot insulin? I've heard there are a few different places you can do it, but haven't actually hear where those places are.

although, i have to say...
alex has been on insulin for almost three out of the last six years. the scruff is the only place i can shoot her. i haven't found shooting in the scruff ineffective at all, but i'm careful to rotate the injection sites. i value my fingers too much to try other places again! :lol:
