I see that Alphatrak has come out with an Alphatrak 3 that has bluetooth technology to send the readings to your phone and vet if you would like. It also looks like they will only make strips for Alphatrak2 until Sept 2023 and the strips are not interchangeable.

Thanks for posting. I couldn't find the price for the AT3. I guess anyone using the AT2 will either have to stock up on test strips or buy a new meter.

Apparently Amazon has the Alphatrak3 for $58.99 and it comes with a whopping 3 test strips!!! And some other useless crap that no one needs. According to Zoetis, the AT2 strips are not compatible with the new meter.

Shame on Zoetis for continuing to rip off people struggling to care for their diabetic cats. And shame on any vet who insists on using it and putting profit over the wellbeing of an animal.
