Hello all. I'm currently fighting some nasty allergies of sorts with my boy. I did a food trial already so it appears it's environmental. (Unless of course it turns out to be anxiety). Any who. I'm wondering if him being so uncomfortable with all his excess grooming and itching can raise his numbers?? He's just started cyclosporine. But won't know for at least a month if that's helping. And I mean JUST started like had only one dose so far. Lately his numbers have been crazy.

I think anything that makes a cat not feel good can potentially raise their BG. I hope the cyclosporine helps.
Thank you very much for your reply. I hope it helps him too. Praying these next several weeks go by fast so I can see if it's helping.

Some members have had an allergy test done from a company called ImmuneIQ. They are still running a half off groupon linky

You send off a hair and saliva sample and they process it at their lab.

Thank you so much. My Gouda has gone way beyond that. He was excessively over grooming and itching. And he was on an antihistamine. So if this pill doesn't work, then it's anxiety. He licked parts of his stomach bald and inner back legs Poor guy seems sooooo uncomfortable.
