Alice 6/26 PMPS 142 +5 211 -no action, sleep! / AMPS 206, visiting vet today

I would like to add, a more recent improvement: Alice has started actually trying to bury her pees and poos in the box. For months now she didn’t try at all.

This face makes me so happy.

To answer your question from yesterday....when doing the monthly check, run your hands every where to see if something pops up. Hit the inside of the backlegs and around the neck area. Ask you vet about doing a physical check and where to check for the lymph nodes and mammary glands and what to watch for.

I would watch for any signs of a cough or breathing issues. In Sadies' case we were worried about it going to her lungs. I would discuss with your vet though. They would know more about the behavior of the cancer when it decides to metastasize.

ETA to add: :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

So glad to learn that she is feeling better. When they feel better, we feel so much more alive and it lets us breathe a little easier. Our steps are much lighter.
Her pictures are precious and she is adorable. Here's to a speedy recovery:bighug::bighug::bighug:

Not a bad day!

We are getting some blue action now. PMPS 147, and even with vet visit after she was home for a bit she was at 142 for +7!

I could use sleep tonight too but last night and a nap just now help. I bet she plans to keep me busy. :p

So I had the vet take a picture of the spot that had to be stapled because I am grotesquely curious and I was holding Alice while she removed the stitches and did the staple and I wanted the perspective of what it reallllly looked like.
Vet recommended neosporin 2-3 times a day, we will leave the staple for a couple of weeks, I kind of wonder if she should need anymore antibiotic? She had the Veraflox for one week post-surgery. This is day 14 post.
