Alex - 9/24 - strange day

AMPS - 361 - 1.4 units--The PetSafe was supposed to deliver a meal at 12:30 this morning, but it didn't happen. I attribute this high morning number to the fact that Alex went 12-13 hours without any food.

+3 - 268 --not too bad
We went errand-running and I forgot to put food in the PetSafe for his 12:30 pm snack. We got home around
+7.5 - 382 :shock: I fed him a snack.

We had a social engagement this afternoon/evening (right in the middle of PMPS--don't people know better than to plan stuff around shot times) and didn't get home until +1.5 hours past normal PMPS and foolish me assumed his +13.5 would be higher than his +7.5, but it was 324.

Fed again and checked for ketones--negative--yay!

Alex is curled up on DH.

that "dawn syndrome" thing....body needs glucose, no food available, liver is happy to oblige!

Alex is tired from walking back and forth to the food bowl all day and not seeing any food. :smile:
