Hubby and I are on vacation, starting today, and we've planned 2 nights in Chicago for mid-week. I have one friend that Alex will allow to give him a shot, so in preparation for the trip, she came over at 6:30am to make sure she knows how to draw the insulin into the syringe and of course, a practice shot. This is the 3rd shot she's given. The second was a fur shot, so we both wanted to boost her confidence with a good shot. And good it must have been b/c at +6, we have 91--the first green we've seen in weeks. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Our possible sub shooter did one practice session and did well. We hope to have her do another soon and then we might get away for a day or two also.
