the saying is shoot low to stay low.....
when the numbers get down in the desired zone, the drops aren't as dramatic as they are when they are higher....
so you need to prepare yourself, and choose to "just do it"
your options were to not feed, and stall, for a while and see if numbers were on their way up already.
2) to shoot a reduced dose, like 2 units or 1.5 u .... that way you don't lose all your momentum- but you still want to monitor with that....
make sure you have medium carb food and high carb food for next time because you can boost numbers ( manipulate somewhat)
by feeding the drops....
