Joplin post in Levemir ISG

Joplin had a symptomatic hypo and Cheryl's been told that now he may be much more sensitive to the insulin...asked her to please start posting here on the message board for dosing advice

I'll tell her she should post here in LL to get more eyes on her too

Thanks so much Chris!!! His SS has been updated with the most recent numbers. He is due for his shot at 9pm. Chris, I thought I picked up all the food, but I just caught him in the bathroom linen closet (where my Dexter sleeps) munching on his leftover breakfast  It was only a few bites, and it is low carb (Wellness grain free canned), but nevertheless, I'm not sure how much effect it will have on his PMPS. We shall see. I will post in about an hour with his number, and would appreciate advice on what I should do from there. I bought a pound of coffee this morning, and good thing, because don't think I'll be able to sleep with all this going on. ~O) I could kill my husband for choosing this weekend to go away with his guy friends!! lol

Those kitties will find it if it's around!!

Just note it on his spreadsheet :-D

Edited to add: For today, since you've already posted in the Levemir ISG, best to stay with there. Having more than one post gets confusing. Tomorrow, start a new post here and put the link to your post over there into tomorrow's (we always put the link to the prior post in the current one so it's easy to quickly go back and read what's already been said)

Tomorrow, you'd want to post here with the date, his name and his AMPS number in the subject line. As you get tests in later in the cycle, you add them to that first post's subject line (the first subject line is the only one we see when people are just scanning the forums for people who might need help or have questions)

If your post (we call them condo's) includes a question, use the ? icon. If there's a medical emergency (like dropping below 50) you can use the 911. Once your question is answered, you can take the icon off again (same with the 911)

In the body of the post, put your link to the prior condo and your WCR (whole cat report)...How Joplin is feeling. Is his appetite good? How are the 5 "P's"? (preening, playing, purring, peeing and pooping) Add anything that will help us get to know you and your kitty better!

Look forward to seeing you here!
