Advice needed -Back on PZ after 6 months

Hi again,
Unfortunately he is doing the same trend as last time. Should I increase his dose to 4.25u (up .50) tomorrow as most of his nadirs in the last 5 cycles were above 200. Or should I wait until I get some numbers after tonight's dose (which is in 10 minutes) before making a decision?

I’m a little nervous about doing the full increase because he has seen blue and even green on this dose. Where did that green even come from anyway?? So I am glad we will have tonight to collect data. It is clear he needs more insulin. I think that as long as you keep up your high level of testing you will be able to keep him safe and you can go ahead with another.5 unit increase- unless we see lower numbers tonight.
