Advice- BG numbers all over

Hi, Yesterday (Jan 9) Chinkers BG finally improved some and this morn amps BG was sky high, never seen it this high. Hes is low energy, just lying around, no doubt feel sick. Is this bouncing BG or something else to be concerned about? BG test at +3 was 273. High numbers are scary too. Suggestions?

Hi Marcia - welcome to the group.

In general it looks like you have a good trend with daytime nadirs being in the blue. It looks like Chinkers is getting back to high numbers for each 12 hour mark. Usually with PZI (and other depot insulins) there is some overlap. You might consider another 0.25 increase. That could also help achieve a lower nadir range, and reduce the 12 hour peaks.
