Acro? Levemir? 10U (Respond to Lisa DVM post above)

Hello all - We've been working with Dr. Lisa for two+ months and wouldn't know what to do without her! Bottom-line is that Bryce has become a high-dose kitty who has an enlarged heart, but has very good clinical signs. Preliminary testing is negative (blood work, urine, thyroid). There is no Acro diagnosis yet, but will be getting more tests done this week.

We are up to 10U of Lantus, but wondering if anyone has had any good/great results with Levemir? Wondering whether we should switch at this point? Looking for some feedback to determine if now is the right time to do that. Not only has Dr. Lisa suggested that this may be a good move at this point, but have read some very positive remarks about Levemir on this board. We both would welcome feedback from you. Have been doing extensive home-testing, and it appears Lantus is not having the results we'd like to see. Thanks!!
