I have come across quite a few meters. None of them have strips but do come with carry case, lancet device and a few lancets. All are boxed up.
Was wanting to donate to whoever needs them.

Sorry I cannot afford to ship for free. I know these meters are bit more expensive for the strips, but if you are in a bind for purchasing the meter supplies,
