Should be ok. Confused tho, you posted in PZI but your sig says using Lantus. If sunlight got to the insulin, it might be compromised. But if it's just a temperature issue, my guess is that you are good with either type of insulin.

we were Lantusand switched last week to PZI and I left it out
but it was still in the box so there was no sunlight
 
You might want to note this on your ss. It may work just fine for a few weeks and then peter out. It's just good to have this to reference back to when we're all wondering what's happening in the future. ;-)
