Hey everyone. Happy new year's to you all and wishing everyone a wonderful year ahead.

Has anyone seen or tried out the new Acana wet paté? If so which is best to go for?

I tried doing to calculations but they hard to determine with min/max.

You can get a very general idea about carb content by using the data from the guaranteed analysis. You are right, though, the min/max values are not reliable for the calculations. You need the "as fed" values and the pet food companies are not required to make that information publicly available on their labels or websites. The only way you can get the information is to contact the manufacturer.

You can plug the information from the guaranteed analysis into a cat food carb calculator. The result will be an approximate value. From the ingredients, it looks like it may be low in carbs. However, it is also low in protein.

I did a calculation with a calculator on the Beef flavour and came to -10% carbs

Was just a thought as I was browsing
