Jerry was at 169 at +4 Now at +6 he is back up to 329 I believe he may have ate some dry kibble while I was away. What do I do? Wait until it's time for his second dose at 6:00? Is there a chance it may come down before his second dose? The spike has scared me.

Ok will do. I have been testing him about every two hours today. When I seen the spike my heart stopped. We are so new at this its overwhelming.

Hi April, hang in there. It is still overwhelming to me sometimes too. We have all been right where you are, new and scared. It will get better. Hugs:bighug:

I suggest you throw away any kibble left in the house....if it's anywhere, these kitties seem to be able to find it and it really wreaks havoc with their blood glucose!

We had one member who was 1000% sure her sugarcat wasn't getting into any kibble that she had for her other cats...One day she decided to throw every bit of kibble out of the house....over the next 36 hours her sugarcat went OTJ!! (off the juice!)

Have you tried getting the spreadsheet going April? Let us know if you're having problems!
