So most of ya'll have seen my posts on here asking questions etc. I did want to share a bit of good news,

Several weeks ago we had a Hypo scare, made the executive call to drop my carol from 3, to 2 to 1 u of Lantus twice a day, Since then she has been improving and improving and improving.. now its to the point she is driving us crazy again haha.

The other day she was outside and killed a bird grrrr
She is going out in the mornings and coming back in the evenings, sometimes late for her shot
Talking up a STORM omg
and back to trying to jump up onto everything

SOO today It was BGC day, So far its been good, will most likely drop her to 1/2 a unit as her highest today was 100. BUT She's onto me. Carol is a carefree cat, i can give her shots, check her blood, no problem at all. Now that she's feeling better she's smart. She was outside playing and I walked up to her treat bag in hand and the pouch of testing supplies. Usual routine, well she wasn't gonna have it, she backed up and so I put a treat down.. 'Carol time for your shot' , usually works, except this time she walked up to the treat, grabbed it and then high tailed it around the house, stopping every now and then to look at me and then run some more until she went under the truck and ate her treat hahaha pain in the a** cat.

Figured it was a good time to ad a bit of humor and good news to every ones day, I'm sure her antics will continue the longer she says controlled

Thanks for sharing your story. I love hearing all the funny antics that our little kitties do. They think they are so cute...and they are! Glad Carol is doing so well.

Isn't is so nice, to see your kitty Carol acting like her old self again? So many encouraging signs there to tell you and us that she is doing better.
