This must be Bengal Drama Day! Mine had his drama today, too, lol. Glad Malachai seems to be handling the double shot so well, hope he stays in good numbers overnight, too!

I agree-- skip tonight (but monitor as long as you can to make sure he doesn't have any surprises in store!). Grab a ketone test as soon as you get the opportunity tonight or tomorrow-- risk isn't too high if he's been eating well, but you don't want to take chances.

Great job today!

He just tested at 470 at +2.25 on his first shot (so +14.25)

Husband thinks we should have given him .5unit-1units but probably to late for that now right?
And better higher numbers than a surprise low ones??

Tricia- is Harvey an Abyssinian? He's very handsome – I've always wanted one.
Sorry, Deena. Tonight was bowling night and for some reason the WiFi at the alley was very wonky - I couldn't get on the Board at all. I knew you were in good hands, though.

Yes, Harvey was an Abyssinian (he crossed the Rainbow Bridge last September). I miss him and my little female Aby, Sasha, very much. You can see pictures of of her on the "Cinco's Story" link. Sasha crossed in January, 2016. Abys are lots of fun but high maintenance, although not as high as Bengals! This time around we opted for Siberians.

I'm so glad everything went okay today with your precious Malachai. I do strongly recommend you try the log book suggestion to avoid a recurrence - plus it's handy to have a written record, anyway. I'm glad you skipped and I hope you are getting a good night's sleep.
