Does anyone know if 9 Lives meaty pate w real chicken & Tuna is on the safe can food list? 10 carbs or under list?

Yeah all the pate's are fine...it's the ones "with gravy" and "with sauce" you have to avoid (unless you're trying to bring up low numbers)

Thank you very much Sharon and Chris! One of the dollar stores has 9 Lives chicken & tuna pate for .45 cent so I wanted to double check before I got a lot
