Boy, did last night's dose ever fizzle out early, and maybe a bit of extra bounce put in for good measure
. Mav slept with me most of the night, he had one little "bad dream" jump, I almost got up and tested him, but the way the cycle was going last night, I didn't think he would drop low. The AMPS was higher than I thought it would be.
I do have a question about glucose toxicity and bounces. Mav was getting better at clearing bounces more quickly, but more recently he's starting to take longer again, and he has been lingering in higher numbers. I wondered how/when do you decide to increase when you see a nice cycle of blues and higher greens but that apparently triggers a bounce? I feel like I should wait a few cycles to see if it is a bounce from yesterday and give it time to clear, but I don't think waiting six cycles for only dropping to 95 yesterday is a good idea? Or does by him getting down to 50 on pm cycle of 5-Aug mean he's past whatever possible glucose toxicity there may have been?
