9/9 Tink AMPS 200, +2=308 - why the spike??

I'm rather curious what the 308 at +2 was about this morning. He seemed to surf yellow all day yesterday, with a dip in the lagoon at +10 (dont see anything that would cause a bounce)... a nice preshot... then pink?? What's up Tink??? I'm stuck at work... but will get a +10 when I get home and see if I can tell what his day was like.
 
Chance are that is a food spike. Some kitties food spike all the time; some spike some of the time, some never spike. Just another unpredictable facet of FD! Hopefully Tink turned it around and started a safe surf shortly after that spike.
 
Yeah, I'll never understand why some mornings there's NO food spike, and others it's 100pts plus - when I'm feeding the SAME FOOD! Crazy cat.

It was probably because I'd already set the feeder to mimic yesterday a bit. So seeing a higher +2 made me re-do everything. I think he likes that. :roll: Before I left, I caught him sitting in front of the feeder staring at it intently... as if willing it to open. :lol:
 
Hmm, the food spike is a possibility, I would be curious to see what your +10 was as well? Could Tink have bounced from the 192 at last night's +11?
 
Perhaps. He usually doesn't bounce unless we get a bit deeper into the lagoon... but who knows.
