After that exciting day yesterday, we have a bounce! I however had a rough night last night as I spent 6 hours in the ER. I left before the Dr visit because I wouldnt have gotten home in time to do Karamelles shot. I got home at 5:30am, just in time to test her and get a couple hours of sleep.
I was having some alarming symptoms and they are still there today but all the tests didnt show much. No idea whats causing it but I have an appt with my PCP today so he can go over it all with me. This is all heart related, very scary and the reason I missed a few days here. We'll see what the future brings, but for now Im here.
Its a million degrees here again in southern California near the beach. So unusual for this area. Plus we had some pretty significant rain on Sunday which brought all the hot weather and humidity afterward. I feel like Im back in Chicago, where I grew up, and left because the weather sucks there.

Thanks so much for caring. I did speak with my PCP today and it was a positive discussion. I think I have at least a part of a plan now.
Karamelle is having a pretty good day as well. I wish this damn heat would go away! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 I meant to include you in this comment too @Staci & Ivy 💚
 
@JoM and @Elaine and Ember, I'm SO sorry about the unusual heat you are experiencing. I live in the southeast of the US, and it's typically hot here this time of year, but we've had a seriously long stretch of really nasty hot weather (heat indexes in the 106-110 range), and I'm just OVER IT. I washed my car a couple of days ago and nearly fainted from the heat. IN THE SHADE. Normally, we get a little break right around the start of Sept., but not so far this year. It's kind of funny when the weather break comes because the temps drop to 80, and everyone pulls out their sweaters 😁 Seriously! It's all relative to what you're used to. Thankfully, we have a.c., and I hope you do too, but if this kind of weather is not typical, you might not. And Jo, heat can mess with the heart!

Thanks Mary, Liz and Elaine. 💚 💚 Unfortunately I have no AC. Never needed it till this year. Ive got all the ceiling fans on 24/7 but the upstairs is almost unbearable at certain times of the day. Why the cats stay up there is beyond me.

Jo, I am sending you a hug, and I really hope you find good answers and great follow-up care for yourself. As you said, now there is a good plan... that is great to hear. Please take good care of yourself. We take great care of our cats, but we tend to forget ourselves in the middle of all the needs they have. I hope you can reframe that now, if that is the case.
About the weather, there is an El Niño going on... and the planet is suffering and expressing the consequences of many wrong human actions - I do believe that. So, this is a long conversation... but most of all, again, take good care of yourself 💚 Karamelle will be very happy if you do so! 🥰

Thanks Clarice, I feel a bit better moving forward., About the weather, its actually the 3 hurricanes we have going on off the west coast that are causing El Nino and the hot muggy weather. They say this is the worst its ever been. So whether we caused it or its a natural progression, its awful!!
