Well at least you found your way back home to LL! I've had mornings like that :lol:

I agree that you should not feel like you have to increase her dose if you aren't there to watch her. What you could do is I crease her dose on Friday morning or night with the hopes that any change you would see would be on the weekend when you can watch her.

And that's only if you want the numbers a little lower. If you are fine with them where they are, that's ok, too.
