9/9 - Gizzy - dosing question

Gizzy went down to 59 tonight at +4.5. Do you think I should reduce his dose by .25 in the morning?
 
If you're following the protocol, you don't reduce unless they get below 50. Sometimes it helps if you read over the protocol every once in a while so you remember all the details. There's a lot in there to remember!
 
I agree with Patty. It may be that Gizzy is working toward a decrease but isn't there quite yet. I think it's better to wait and let her earn the reduction than reduced and have to bring the dose back up.
