Hello all,

Bit of a late start on this beautiful Sunday morning. It seems as though Ella bounced during her evening cycle as when I checked her at +5.5 she was slowly on her way down. Since she was travelling so slow I gave myself permission to go to bed without waking up for a nadir poke. Unfortunately, she bounced without me knowing how low she got but my guess is that she hit the tip of the blue iceberg and shot back up. Two days ago she managed to eat once from her bowl independently but since then it appears that she is quite bothered by something in her mouth so I have been syringing her food so she has a pleasant experience:) We are going for a re-check tomorrow and hopefully all is healing as it should be.

Hi Tamara, lots of good healing vines for Ella's re-check tomorrow. I hope she gets a good grade on the healing from the Vet. She sure has been a trooper thru it all. Have a nice Sunday.

Hi Tamara, Sorry to hear Ella's mouth is bothering her, does she have dissolving stitches or dressings that could be ready to come off? I hope its just normal healing sensations and nothing too serious. Sending healing vines Good luck at the vet tomorrow. Both of you have a great evening!

I hope tomorrow is good news and everything is as it should be.
If only our cats could open wide and say ah.....
It would make the dental issues so much easier.
It's like the unexplored cavern in there unless they are knocked out.
 
Poor Ella. Healing vines for her mouth to heal quickly. It's good for beans to sleep through nadir every now and then. Have a great night!
 
Healing vines for Ella! I hope she has a good follow up appt at the vetty. Sorry for having to syringe feed Ella, but it sounds like she will accept that, and it is easier for her. I hope you guys have a good evening.
 
Paws crossed for a successful vetty visit for Ella tomorrow. We are sending lots of healing energy for her mouth so she feels like eating on her own again soon. Maybe she'll let you sleep again tonight?
 
poor baby - sounds like something isn't quite right in there. i hope the vet figures it out in the morning - i think you're smart to take her back in. you don't want to let it go on when it's making her not want to eat.
