So far so good with Neko this morning. She was first in line for testing when the rowing alarm went off. Apply is back to 99% of normal. When I came back from massage and cat fuds run this morning, Neko was yelling as soon as I came in the door. They were owed a tiny bit of breffs but DH was managing to not hear them. :lol:

Kitties are in the solarium in spite of the cloud. For me, today is a relax with a heat pad day. My back is complaining since my row on Friday when I was in a boat that didn't quite fit right. I skipped this morning's row. :sad: Maybe I can lie down and attract a cat.

Healing vines to all in need. Congrats to Jeannie and Cairo - OTJ today! Pawsitive vines to Marilyn - the first day of SRT prep is the longest and hardest on the bean.

What a beautiful cycle for Miss Neko- Go Green!! And hooray for the return of her appetite- but just in case sending additional healing vines and feel better vines for you too(I have a bad back so I can so empathize!!!) Don't you have that regatta coming up pretty soon? I hope you are taking it easy and recovering- this cooler weather probably isn't helping. Too bad you can't to the accupressure on yourself...

That's a lot of visits from Mr. Greenie! Looks like Neko's getting back into the swing of things, and glad to read that her appy has returned to 99% of normal. Isn't it great when the kitters greet you at the door (even if it's for the sole purpose of alerting you that it's food time)? :lol:

Sending some soothing back vines, and hopefully you can get a kitty to give you a massage. ;-)

I'm glad to hear that Neko's appy is back!! That's great. Sorry to hear that your back is giving you trouble. I hope it heals up soon. Lying down to attract a cat is a great strategy :lol:

Yes indeed, Neko does seem to be working this dose. Of course I'm planning a cross border strips run tomorrow, so I hope she doesn't work it too well. :roll: I can tell she's feeling better now. For the first time since she did the serial pukus, she wanted outside today. She "helped" me in the garden, which mostly consisted of yelling at me and telling me it was time for fuds. But she did get a bit of walking in.

@Carla, Ruth, Michelle, Kim, Jen - Thanks for stopping in. Back is feeling better this PM after massage and some heat. Civie volunteered to massage my front shoulder, but so far he hasn't taken to the idea of doing the back. :lol: I've still got 3 weeks before the regatta and I did row with it sore yesterday (bad bean).

ETA: Just looked at the cove webcam. I'm so jealous of DH - he was out coaching the moonlit row tonight. Kitties must be having a blast.

Yay for 99% appy and for Neko feeling better! Let's get that other 1% back, okay, Neko? And remember - tomorrow is a low blue surf day. Nothing more than a toe goes into the lagoon while mamabean is gone!
