Hi everyone! We got back from vacation yesterday and I'm getting back into the groove of Diane's shots/testing again. Not going to lie...it was so nice having a break. lol.
My mom was so anxious about testing (and so was I because she was so nervous) but apparently she did fantastic because Diane's levels when I got home were only at 125 and are back down into the 80's today after her morning shot. She even had dry food while we were out of town and the levels still stayed fairly low it seems based on the test yesterday (my mom didn't test while we were away, which is why we let her feed the DM dry).
On a side note, I found out today that my walmart is no longer going to carry the relion confirm test strips. Not sure where to go from here, but they suggested the premier meter/strips which are much cheaper. Does anyone have experience with this meter?
