A little story about last night..
Bella was being funny about what we gave her for dinner she ate some of it but not a lot. 2 hours after her PM shot I checked and she was 69, so we gave her like 3/4 can of food and she ate most of that. I checked her sugar before bed which was like almost +3.5 PM shot and she was 67 so I put a medium carb food in her bowl and went so bed. My husband got up to use the bathroom around 1:30 am eastern time and noticed she didn’t eat. He goes back to bed and said he was laying there and worried because she didn’t eat so he went to check on her and said she didn’t look right, he could tell her sugar was low (but he didn’t check). So he gave her another food but it’s only like 2.5% but she loves it and he wanted her to eat and she devoured it. Then he just hung out with her for like another hour and she seemed better.

Maybe you’re thinking where was I the whole time? Well apparently I was comatose and didn’t hear any of this happen which for me doesn’t usually happen, I always have an ear out for Bella especially since her stroke last year - I’m much more aware at night.

So we made the decision to reduce her to 0.5 this morning to try it out and see how she is. If it doesn’t work we’ll increase her back to 0.75.

Oh wow. What a night. That must have been so scary. And good job to your hubby for paying close attention to Bella.
Wishing you a very safe surf! :bighug::bighug::bighug:
