Good Morning Everyone,

Stu had a good night, ate most of what was in his automat, and has a good AMPS. It is warm and muggy again today and his energy level is low, but he's had 3 installments of breakfast, contributed to the lb, and been outside, just sitting.
It's a low energy day for me, too. I had thought about climbing a small mountain with some friends, but decided that I had a mountain of work and paperwork to do instead! Besides, it's raining off and on.

Back later, Stu says hi to all his friends. If they go back to the beach today, he'll be there!

Looking good Stu! Sounds like you are doing well and following your morning routine! Sorry you got some nasty weather there, Ella. It's nice and cool and breezy here right now, but I hear it's going up to the 80's.

Hey, Stu! How you doing buddy!!! Miss you lots, you know! I'm not sure if the guys are going to the beach today, I think I heard something about going to visit this new feline, Dutchess. Yo, Stu, so glad to hear you are feel pretty good today. Don't let that muggy weather get you down too much. And, don't for get to wear sunblock at the beach even thought the sand might stick to it! Have a good one! Lanky

hey Stu - we are doing grilled salmon on a bed of field greens??? That is so cool - and I can't wait to come and help out. Duchess is really pretty, ya know?!? No wonder Shad-O wants to borrow your tux. He means well, ya know? I have a pseudo tux I will bring so Shad-O can look his best. I am so glad that he and Raja are un-grounded. enjoy that paperwork Ella. :? :-D I would have picked the mountain :lol: :lol: anything to avoid paperwork. oh well huh - it is raining and that paperwork probably needs to be done. At least this way you will be dry.

Stu has had a wonderful blue surf all day. I guess he's happy to be cooking again. I'm about to get to my paperwork (got stuck with post-guest chores all day). Be back later.

what a nice blue day for Stu - it really is great to see such numbers. I think we need to let the boys cook more often.
