Crazy flat! I will assess tomorrow after 4 cycles. I took the suggested 70% reduction from Lantus...but perhaps given his "comfort" in these 300s and the fact that his tumour could be active I can afford to be a little more aggressive right now.Wow, it's hard to tell where the nadir is falling with such flat cycles. It looks like you're in the same place that you were before you started using R, so this is not necessarily a setback... just need to work up to an effective dose. I hope you're able to reach it faster now that he's on Levemir.
Sounds like a plan. Thanks for looking inI think if all you see is pink tonight, you can go up to 12 tomorrow. Isn't today the 4th cycle?
Jimmy - work it!

I can pretty much guess I'll be increasing tomorrow. I just want him out of these 300s.Jimmy, come on now, we told you that pink stinks!
Good luck if you increase tomorrow.![]()
I hear ya Momma!I can pretty much guess I'll be increasing tomorrow. I just want him out of these 300s.
He's working it +6 289.I think if all you see is pink tonight, you can go up to 12 tomorrow. Isn't today the 4th cycle?

Was thinking the same thing...will grab 1 or 2 more tests between now and AMPS. Now he's got me curious. I would think +6 is early for nadir with Lev from what I hear but he's hardly regulated to see a pattern I guess. Ah Jimmy...just when I think you're gonna zig you zag. Finally!I might still be tempted on the increase, unless you get a later surprise.
