Since he was under 200 this morning, I gave him 3 units instead of the 3.25 he was getting yesterday. I am working today, so I felt better with that amount.

His over night numbers were a little wonky. When I tested him at 10pm (+4) the first reading was 231, which was the same as his pmps. So i put a new strip, sipped up some blood and came up with 303. 1am (+7) he was 295. I wonder what he was in the interim between 1am and 6am when I tested him this morning? Food for thought. I will check him again before I go to work today.

so maybe i should have stayed with the 3.25 dose instead of dropping him to 3.... :-x
 
Sorry, we are even slower on this forum than the relaxed lantus board. I read this on that site.

Since Sneakers is such high dose I really don't have any advice on dosing.
