Good morning! Sunny's noticeably feeling much better now that we started Lantus.

He's catting all over the house, purring, playing, & laying in the sun.

In response to your question about being data ready, when. you switch insulin you are sort of back to the beginning. A big part of being data ready is knowing where onset and nadir fall as well as how much duration you're getting from insulin. since you've switched to Lantus, you need to have the depot in place before you can get an accurate read on onset, nadir, and duration.
