9/6 Rusty AMPS 200, +9.5 95, PMPS 93, +4 128

Hi All,

We were at the canoe race all day. It was a gorgeous day, if a bit chilly (45 degrees Inside our camp this morning: Rusty' s meter showed the thermometer symbol and I had to warm it up and try again! ).

Sorry to be late and of necessity brief. Rusty had a good day and brought down his bgs.

Our friend had a good first day of the race and finished the 35 miles in 6 hours! He runs the carries at a 9 MPH pace with his canoe over his shoulder. We couldn' t keep up with him!

Hope all is well in LL. Chef Rusty had to throw together a party menu for Farine and has headed up to Quebec to cook!

Things sound chilly, fall is on it's way there. How much do those canoes weigh? That carry sounds impressive.

Nice greenies tonite Rusty!

I wish we were getting chilly. Our high was still 83 where we usually seem to be similar in temperatures.
