Thank you so much for keeping me sane when I was freaking out about Convenia yesterday!! I don't know what I'd do without you all. :YMHUG:

I'm super curious about how Billie went from flat yellow last night (PMPS 244 +3 233 +6 225) to an AMPS of 114! I didn't believe my eyes so I tested twice and got 114 both times. Cool! It makes me think/hope that something we're doing is working. I fed her some 9% hoping to avoid any early cycle shenanigans.

She had one coughing fit this morning, but only one, which is a major improvement from yesterday. Her skin does look less inflamed already, so the Convenia must be helping that, even if it is giving me anxiety. She is still acting like herself. I'm assuming/hoping that if she was going to have a bad reaction to it, there would at least be some indication that something is up - lethargy, lack of appetite, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. So far, none of that. Just one borderline soft poo.

I will be gone for a long stretch this afternoon and evening but my BFF is coming over to hang out with Billie/keep me from losing my mind while I'm out.

I have to get a +2ish test soon but she is sprawled out napping with her paw over her face. How could I possibly wake her up from that!

+2.25 47 :shock: I would have put money on Billie earning a reduction in this cycle, but I didn't think she'd do it this early!! She just got some vanilla ice cream and MC for her +2 meal.

This really is a morning for divin' kitties! Bet Billie's in hog heaven with the ice cream.

Thanks Shelly and Molly!! 20 minutes later, we're at 52. I'm hoping the 11% +2ish meal gets her surfing. If not...more ice cream. She adores her vanilla ice cream :mrgreen:

Hi Deanna,

Congratulations on the reduction! Billie and Clare were on an early mission this morning, weren't they?

That's a brilliant idea about the ice cream for Billie. Clare loves ice cream but hasn't had any for quite awhile, so if she does this in the future we'll give her that treat instead of Karo.

Glad Billie's back above 50 and wishing you smooth surfing!

Thanks Georgette! Yes, one perk of low numbers is that Billie gets ice cream! I give her one big teaspoon, although I wish I could give her a whole bowl.

+3 72. She's off the 50 line, Shelly :smile: Okay! I think that jump has more to do with the MC than the ice cream. Maybe I could have given LC although with the 47 at +2.25 I didn't want to chance it. Billie, feel free to hang out in the 70s all day!

Yep - that's pretty early in the cycle for a dive, and it's nice to have a little breathing room with the 72. I would have gone with the MC, too.

Thanks Shelly! Yes, breathing room is nice. I can't believe it's not even +4 yet. So much excitement so early in the cycle!
