Need advice, this is what Abby is peeing out, does anyone have any idea, it cleared up over past couple day, well I thought it did, she was peeing, gave her more fluids this am and DMannrose, I guess I should get her to vet today after work, but does anyone have any idea what this is, it’s gelatin texture sending prays and hugs @Squalliesmom

THese look like little blood clots or clots mixed with mucus. Kitties with a UTI will pee them out but so will kitties having a flare of idiopathic (no infection) cystitis. Teasel was very prone to these in the past and they frightened me the first few times. Once I knew what they were and what was happening I was OK. His sister will have a rare bout of this too.

That third link is a handout my vet gave me when Teasel was having a lot of episodes.

Thanks Kris, I called vet and they can't see her till tomorrow I'm giving subq fluids, and amoxicillin and dmannrose are those things ok?? She started over weekend and I did those things and it seemed to go away but this am it was back, DH said she peed alot yesterday
What did vet do for ur kitties
Also she can't into vet till tomorrow, is this life threatening like do I need to just show up with her anyway

How is Abby acting? Is she eating OK.

Yes shes acting fine I guess, she ate this am but I kinda felt like she was in pain, heck who wouldn't be peeing something like that, I had 1 dose of bupe left from bella and gave it to her, DH said shes sleeping
And YES!!!!!!! ODTAA
 
Called vet to make appt and they cant see till tomorrow DH said she hasnt peed all day, tries and nothing, so called vet back and they are fitting her in

Oh Jamie, so sorry for Abby and you too. What a worry, I'm so glad you got her into the vet today and she feels better very, very soon.
