Safe journey! Tell Rusty to open up the barn, Tess has the bus all loaded and is on her way out the door to pick up the kittehs. they all want to come together and remember their friend Checkers.

We are here and Rusty had a good trip. He only got sick at the beginning, while we were in the driveway! He really enjoyed sitting outside on the grass with us and spent about 2 hours soaking up the sun. It is quite cool here and a freeze is expected tonight: upper 20s! The start of the 90 Miler tomorrow will be chilly, and there will almost certainly be fog because the water is still warmish. We brought gloves.

Rusty has his usual "trip numbers" and will probably continue to rise for the next few days.

I'll try to visit some condos tonight. Lots to do for the race.

Yo Kitties, I'm here at Camp Stu and I hope many of you will join me. We can fish, paddle, swim, and cook. Tess has the kitty bus ready, so come as soon as you can. Tonight we are going to remember our dear friend Checkers. (Tess, we'll be on the porch of the cabin. The barn is in Saranac Lake; here we just have the cabin. Drive safely. It will be very clear tonight and we will be able to see all our GAs through the veil. )

Glad you made it to the campsite & are able to enjoy the good life now! Also handy that Rusty got sick in an easy-peasy clean-up location :lol:

The PB sanwiches & beer sound fabulous, especially in this muggy weather - Tigger wants to know if there's extra room on the bus?
